The OW Waterfowler Supply Online Store sells waterfowl hunting equipment such as
decoys, layout blinds, accessories, and retriever training equipment including
throwers and launchers, e-collars, and accessories.

Refund/Return Policy

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization. Only merchandise in original,
undamaged packaging in saleable condition will be considered for return and refund.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and only with prior authorization. A
restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply on goods deemed in original
and saleable condition. Your refund will be your purchase price, less the 15%
restocking fee and the original shipping cost. If you feel your merchandise is
defective, please contact us for return authorization.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

Normal orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days, (excluding
weekends). In order to give our customers the best pricing we can, many products
drop ship directly from the manufacturer. Please allow reasonable lead times.  Most
orders ship UPS Ground Service with Delivery Confirmation. Some items may ship
USPS Parcel Service, or Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation.  All standard
shipping is in the Continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and
other international locations is at the customer's expense.

for order processing and customer account management and is NOT shared, sold,
